This was a lifetime cloud.

Where did the day go?

I was still in my PJ’s from the night before.

I had been working on my computer all day and it was suddenly 7:30pm.

I happened to notice a glow outside my window.

My body knew it was golden hour.

I turned my head and looked.

And gasped.

And ran outside on my balcony.

And stared.

It was huge.

And on fire.

As the sun was setting I noticed the cloud had lightening in it.

I grabbed my tripod and pressed record.

The encore show was stunning.

It reminded me a lot of my surfing days in Hawaii.

Catching that one epic wave that would stick with me for hours.

Or days.

Or a lifetime.

This was a lifetime cloud.
