My practice is a direct response to a deep necessity for inner stillness. I use paint and photography to capture the temporary nature of the coast in all its moods to help navigate my own internal weather.

For most of my life, I existed in a space of thinking and talking. Having spent my first professional chapter navigating a high-tech corporate sales environment, I suffered severe burnout.

Today, my creative practice is more about feeling and listening. Allowing the ephemeral nature of light, clouds and birds teach me how to remain fully embodied.

I photograph my felt moments in nature to remember I am a mere observer of such beauty.

I paint so I can listen to the Divine translate where words fail.

I share these pieces simply to complete the creative cycle running through me. My hope is this resonates with you.

“EVERY HUMAN IS AN ARTIST. THE DREAM OF YOUR LIFE IS TO MAKE BEAUTIFUL ART.”
