We begin by discussing your space, color preferences, reference photos and the overall mood you want to capture. We will finalize the dimensions and align our vision before the brush touches canvas.

To secure your spot on my studio calendar, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. This covers archival material costs and locks in your timeline. For large-scale works, this deposit can be split into manageable milestone payments upon request.

I create digital composition mockups to map out our concept in advance so we have a direction. While my process is intuitive and things can change, the overall vision, size, colors and composition will not. Once physical painting begins, I will provide a mid-way progress check-in. Your commission includes one round of minor adjustments near completion to ensure the atmospheric details are exactly right.

Once the final painting is approved and the remaining 50% balance is settled, your original artwork will be carefully prepared, packaged, insured and shipped (or locally delivered) entirely ready for your wall.
